Wed, March 26, 2008 - 10:37 AMI practically live off of sprouted grains. So I would love to have some recipes.
What I do is after I soak them for 24 hours I will simply put them in a smoothie.
I usually do not use all the soaked grains so by the next day I just rinse them again
and by the 3rd day I have sprouts. I use the sprounts the same way. I am not very creative as of yet.
But I have a wholesome mix of wheat, rye, oat and barley that I soak at the same time in the same jar
because they sprout at the same time, its easy. I have put some sprouts in with whole wheat flour to
make bread which was fun to make but i am sure there is a better way.
Anyhow good question...
